Investigative Interview Techniques

This investigative interviewing training course is designed based upon the PEACE model—planning and preparation, engaging and explaining, account, closure, and evaluation—used by the police and other fraud investigation agencies to discuss and identify breaches in compliance using interviewing tactics. During this highly interactive course, delegates will work through the theory and practise of reflecting on typical real-life situations.
